For orders within the U.S., its territories and Canada, our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes for us to receive your order, prepare it, and get it shipped out. The actual delivery time will depend on your location and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you'd like to track your order, reach out to us at support@braneaudio.com, and we'll provide your tracking details.

Brane Audio's return policy states that we are happy to provide full refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided the product was purchased directly from Brane Audio. If purchased elsewhere, contact the original seller. If you suspect your unit is defective, regardless of purchase source, reach out to support@braneaudio.com.

Both the standard and extended warranties begin on the day of purchase. We strongly recommend registering your speaker with its serial number at braneaudio.com/register, because it makes a warranty claim quicker and easier.

You'll need your Brane X serial number, which can be found in the app under Speaker Details. Warranty registration is strongly recommended to make future warranty claims easier.
